Booking

Booking requests may be submitted both by telephone and email.
All requests will be processed within 24 hours from receipt.
Bookings will need a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.
In case of a long stay, once the availability of the apartment is confirmed, Agriturismo La Terrazza require a deposit of 20% of the total amount due by bank transfer.
When the bank acknowledges receipt of the deposit, at that moment only, it will be possible to provide final confirmation of the booking.

Booking in advance 
To make sure you have the full range of options available, we suggest that you book in advance especially if you plan your visit in the high season (June – September).

Apartment capacity 
The apartment capacity is limited to the number of persons indicated in the booking.

Booking for groups 
When a group reservation is made, the booking should be made in one name only – that person will be responsible for all payments and any damage. All participants will need to be aware of the present terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

  • In the event of cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival, no charge;

  • In the event of cancellation between 14 to 5 days prior to arrival, a charge of 30% of the total amount due will be made;

  • In the event of cancellation from 4 days prior to arrival, a charge corresponding to the total amount due will be made;

  • In the event of no show or early departure, the entire amount of the initial reservation will be charged.

We only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights. The reservation will be confirmed once we receive the credit card details (as per general practice also Agriturismo La Terrazza take the right to obtain pre-authorization on the card offered to check the validity) and/or, in case of a long stay, the receipt of the bank transfer for the deposit due.
