Welcome
Our competent team will be on hand to help you check in and assist you where possible. Italian, English and French spoken. On arrival we will do our best to deal with any special requests that you may have. Local maps and brochures of interesting locations within Prato and/or surrounding areas will be available for your reference. If you require a particular booking at your favourite restaurant, a personalised museum guide, please let us know well in advance by email and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Reception
As we do not offer 24-hour service, please let us have your expected arrival time in advance. Let us know by email the date and hour of arrival and also a telephone number on which you may be reached the day of your arrival.

• Check-in is from 15.00 (3 pm) to 19.00 (7 pm.) (Exceptional late arrivals maybe be arranged but not later than 22.00);

• Check out is at 10.30 am. An additional charge of one night will be added for a substantial delay;

• Early arrival. A free luggage storage area is available for early check in or late departures.

Access
It is allowed to draw near and park close to the apartments only to unload / load your luggage. 

Parking
For car parking there is a dedicated parking area where you’ll always need to leave your car with the exception of unloading and loading operations, on arrival and departure. The carpark is unsupervised: no particular threat is implied but we suggest you to make sure your car is locked. Agriturismo La Terrazza refuse any responsibility in case of theft or damage.

Room facilities
Cleaning: daily service is arranged between 10.00am and 13.00pm.
Linen and towels are changed every 3 days or on request with extra charge (€ 5,00 for a towel set – € 7,00 for a set of linen).
Fresh bed linen and towels are always provided on arrival.
On request drying rack, ironing board and steam iron are available. Please ask staff. 

Internet
In each apartment free internet access for all our guests (check for the password in the living room).

Supplies
Charges for supplies (heating, electricity, water and other services) are included in the night stay tariffs.
Heating is available from 1 November to 30 April included.
Extra charges that will not be settled cash on departure will be debited on the credit card offered with the booking. Should you prefer that a different credit card is used, please inform staff on arrival.

Garden
Common gardens are available for guests to read or simply to relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the countryside. Minding the peace and quiet of other guests, please refrain from any type of activity that may disturb.
A dedicated playground will be set close to the Agriturismo.

Bicycles
Bicycles can be provided by Agriturismo La Terrazza.
In case you bring your own bicycles, please be informed it WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK them in the apartments. An adequate outdoor space, covered, is provided for this purpose.

Shuttle service – Transfers and private tours
Regarding airport transfers, we are able to arrange such when requested from and to any airport in Tuscany.
We also offer private and personalized tour tailored to your requirements. Please contact reception desk for more details and information.

Animals
Small pets up to 10 kg. are allowed.

Recycling
Agriturismo La Terrazza carries out the separate collection: guests are kindly requested to use the containers that can be found in the dedicated spot almost in front of the building.

Loss and damages to guests’ belongings
Guests are kindly requested to make sure the main door of the apartments is closed and handle with care the key they have been provided with.
We decline any responsibility for loss or damages to guests’ personal effects occurred during their stay: please watch over your belongings as Agriturismo La Terrazza are not responsible of their safekeeping. It is also excluded any liability for injury to the visitor or member of the group / family that may occur during the stay.

Right to entry
Owners and staff reserve the right of entry at any time in all apartments if for just cause.

A convention (10% discount) is established with two trattoria restaurants, very close to our premises, where our guest may enjoy many local specialties:

Obligations of the visitors
Guests commit themselves to keep the premises, furniture and equipment in the same state of maintenance and condition found at the beginning of their stay (reasonable wear excluded). They shall reimburse the value and/or compensate the damage caused to any part of the property, furniture, fixtures and hardware, possibly destroyed or ruined. Breakages and damages must be promptly notified to the Staff.

General respect
Guests are kindly requested to behave as to respect the peace and relaxation of the other people living in Agriturismo La Terrazza.
They are also requested to respect rooms and furnishings found on the premises.
The use of extra heating and free flames is forbidden in the apartments. In addition it is interdicted to flush diapers and anything that can block the pipes.
Please be environmentally friendly and avoid waste.

For children’s safety
It is forbidden to allow children to use the household appliances available in the apartments.

Smoking
Agriturismo La Terrazza is an entirely non-smoking establishment; it is therefore forbidden to smoke in all the apartments.

Television volume
Please keep volume of the TV set and of music devices as to respect the respect the peace and the tranquillity of the place especially in the quiet hours: from 14,00 to 16,00 and from 23,00 to 9,00.

Heating and air conditioning
The system is set to an ideal temperature in compliance with the relevant regulations in force. To adjust the temperature it is enough to rotate the thermostat knob. In order to avoid excessive consumption or waste and for maximum efficiency, please make sure that doors and windows are well closed while the heating or air conditioning system are working, especially when you are away.

Cleaning
Guests and members of their family / group are kindly requested to leave the apartment clean and tidy.
We reserve the right to apply an extra for additional cleaning if the accommodation is not left in satisfactory and decent condition.

Care of outside areas
Kindly help and keep the outside area belonging to your apartment clean and tidy; in case you enjoy there your meal please make sure the dishes are all put away.

Claims
We prepare our apartment with the utmost care. Should you find anything that needs attention on arrival, do not hesitate to contact reception desk. Our competent staff will be happy to assist you.
As we have the great consideration for the guests who choose our apartments for their holidays, we work hard so that Agriturismo La Terrazza meet their expectations. We look forward to welcoming them again for another stayt at our premises.

Court of jurisdiction
For any dispute concerning the booking and the lease, the place of jurisdiction is Prato. The law applicable is the Italian one. A confirmed booking implies acknowledgement of the general terms of rental.

Treatment of personal data
Personal data and any other information learned by our Company during the performance of the assignment will be subject to secrecy and will be treated with respect for the privacy and rights of the person through the systematic application of special safeguards and guarantees both for printed and electronic data. The actions taken will be measured to the specificity of the data (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). In accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 196/03, we are to inform Customers that their personal data will be processed only for the implementation of the contract (including accounting and administrative purposes).

Payments
Payment is by credit card or bank transfer to the designated account.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA, MASTER CARD, PAGO BANCOMAT and MAESTRO.

The booking will be confirmed only when you have offered your credit card details and/or, in case of a long stay, the receipt of the requested deposit.
If the credit card does not result valid (as per general practice all credit cards are verified), we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
On arrival, when checking in and receiving the key of your apartment, you’ll be requested to settle the balance of your stay.
The Government Tourist Tax established in the municipal district of Prato is € 2,00 per person per night (up to 7 nights) that will be charged to your credit card or settled in cash.
